So many foods ads we watch or hear every day, and most of them advertise their products as a hygienic and nutritious products. Really?

Well, here are some foods that you and your family should stay away because it can threaten your health, especially when you're in the process of slimming diet.

Candy

I think for a snack on this one does not need much explanation huh? High sugar content and calories quite all there. If our parents used to say, the sugar is detrimental to teeth, and now we know a snack is also a hoarder of fat in the body.

So if there are ads that consuming candy content of their products is identical to consume so many glasses of milk, you already know whether this is indeed nutritious snack or not.

Potato Chips

Snacks with a fancy name 'potato chips' is very delicious. But did you know the dangers that can be caused? Twelve pieces of potato chips contains 150 calories, 10 g fat (3 g of which are saturated fat), and 210 mg sodium. Not to mention MSG and some extra flavor. Again foods that can cause overweight and obesity.

Chocolate Biscuits

A chocolate chip cookie contains 80 calories, 4.5 g fat (1.5 g is saturated fat). If you want to know just look at the list of compositions, most likely you will find terms such as white flour, hydrogenated oils, or chemical terms are difficult to understand others and packaged as if this is a list of nutrient composition. So obviously this is not an option delicious biscuits are full of nutrients for you and your family.

Cola

Soft drinks, cola drinks are the highest calorie content of 150 calories for a can size of 350 ml and 410 calories for 1.2 liter bottles. Not to mention the artificial sugar content and extra caffeine in it.
