To build muscle you do not have to go to the gym. Do simple exercises such as push-ups, pull-ups, and squats for 3-5 times per day. Consistency is the key.

• Start improving your diet

Replace processed foods, processing, packaging, and fast food in your current diet with fresh and natural foods like fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, eggs, fish, and meat. Changes in diet will dramatically improve health and body composition. Drink more water instead of soda or sports drinks (sports drinks).

• Get a quality night's sleep time

Everyone needs adequate sleep time and quality to increase energy and optimal health. You must set hours of sleep and as much as possible to avoid caffeine, alcohol, or a TV that can disturb sleep.
